Install Coherence X for Android

Are you ready to experience seamless remote desktop access on your Android device? Look no further than installing Coherence X! This comprehensive guide will walk you through the installation process, ensuring a smooth and successful setup.

Step 1: Launch the Remote Desktop Client

Begin by opening the Remote Desktop client on your Android device. To do this, double-click one of the icons to launch a session to Azure Virtual Desktop. From here, you'll be connected to your desktops and applications in no time.

What's Next?

Resources may be added, changed, or removed based on changes made by your admin. Once you've subscribed to a workspace, its content will update automatically regularly and each time you start the client. After a few seconds, the workspace should display the desktops and applications that have been made available to you by your admin.

Signing In

When prompted, sign in with your user account. You may need to wait a few seconds for the message 'We found Workspaces at the following URLs' to appear.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you selected Subscribe with URL, enter the relevant URL from the table provided. If you see the message 'No workspace is associated with this email address,' your admin might not have set up email discovery or you may be using an Azure environment that's not Azure Cloud.

Alternative Launch Options

To launch the client after installation, use the Start menu to search for and select Remote Desktop. Alternatively, if you left the box for 'Launch Remote Desktop when setup exits' selected, the Remote Desktop client will automatically open once installation is complete.

Completing Installation

Once installation has completed, select Finish. Make sure you have local Administrator privileges to proceed with the installation process.

Installation Options

When prompted, choose one of two installation options:

* Install for all users of this machine: The Remote Desktop client will be installed in a per-machine folder and available for all users.

* Install just for you: The Remote Desktop client will be installed in a per-user folder and only available for your user account.

Accepting the End-User License Agreement
